About the Platform

Réa vu is an AI-powered furniture visualization platform I designed and developed from scratch. Users can search for furniture from multiple affiliate stores, then use AI to visualize how products would look in their own rooms. The platform features three generation modes: Single, Angles, and Compare—powered by Google's Gemini 2.0 Flash.

Built with Next.js, Flask, PostgreSQL, and Meilisearch for instant search. The entire project—from concept to deployment—was developed solo using VS Code with AI assistance.

Product Discovery

Instant search powered by Meilisearch with typo tolerance. Users can filter by category, price range, materials, colors, and stores. The interface features smooth animations and a responsive design optimized for all devices.

Quick View & Viewing List

Users can quickly preview products and add them to their viewing list. The list serves as a staging area before AI visualization—select multiple products to compare or visualize from different angles.

AI Generation Modes

Three powerful modes: Single for one product in one room, Angles to see furniture from 2-4 different perspectives, and Compare to visualize multiple products side by side. All powered by Gemini 2.0 Flash AI.
